I have recently completed a certificate in Nutrition at the Academy of Health Australia. Educating myself on a deeper level into my passion of health and wellness has taught me so much about the human body and how it thrives on nutrition. I am continuing my studies in order to give you the most up to date information regarding nutrition . As you know there are so many self pro-claimed health experts out there and with that comes a lot of mis-leading information around health, so i am here to cut all the nonsense out and give you the best advice possible!
